A man was injured in Vélez-Málaga when a tree branch fell on him.
The incident occurred on Saturday around 18.00h when the 31-year-old victim was in the Jury Park Lorcawhich is on Hispanic Avenue.
It was the victim, himself, who phoned 112 to explained what had happened and that his leg was trapped.
The emergency call-centre despatched the Policía Local, accompanied by the local fire service to free the man so that he could be taken to the area hospital.
Apparently, he had been urinating against the tree when the branch fell and trapped one of his legs.
Editorial comment: perhaps the tree was an Ent (Lord of the Rings) in which case, not a good place to empty your bladder.
