There were two unrelated deaths in Andalucía involving the victims being crushed by a vehicle they were repairing.

A 50-year-old man died after being pinned to a tree by a tractor that he was repairing. This took place near a farmhouse in Aguilar de la Frontera, (Córdoba) a little before 3:00 p.m. yesterday.

Meanwhile in Algerciras (Cádiz) a main died after the car that he was working on fell on him. He had been repairing it on a piece of wasteland.

According to witnesses, the victim had managed to prop the vehicle up in order to work on the underside when it slipped off its support and pinned him underneath.

Fire personnel managed to jack the car up to retrieve the victim but there was nothing that could be done for the 44-year-old victim
