There was a collision on the N-323a between the N-340 junction and the port road, commonly known as the De la Celulosa.
Two cars were involved; a white, Nissan Note and a red, Opel Astra (?) had collided, causing considerable damage to the driver’s side bonnet and wing.
The accident occurred just before 13.45h near kilometre point 191 but the reason for the collision has not been made known for the moment.
Two people were injured although not seriously, it appears.
Editorial note: this is the road that goes past the Ron Montero Distillery on the way to Playa del Poniente/Playa de Granada. Where the accident happened on a bend where is no over taking approaching from both side, so probably one of the two drivers had ignored this.
