Whilst over in Salobreña the municipal band will be supply a Christmas rendition, Almuñécar will have its Christmas Concert on the 26th with the Moldavia Philharmonic Orchestra.
The Great Christmas and New Year concert will be performed in the House of Cultureas is the custom and the repertoire will include famous works from the Strauss brothers, P.I. Tchaikovsky, Brahms, Edvard Grieg and Gioachino Rossini, amongst others.
The orchestra is based in Chișinău and was founded 85 years ago, making it one of the oldest musical institutions in the country. It is also the permanent orchestra for the Open Air Classical Music Festival in Moldova, Discover.
The concert starts at 19.00h on the 26th and the entrance tickets can be obtained at www.bravoentradas.es as well as at the House of Culture
